Submit it on our Add Your Practice page and we'll review it. It's free, there's nothing to pay, and no card is required. We check every submission against your own website before publishing, so it usually takes a few days and we'll email you either way. Most practices in the US aren't in the directory yet, so this is the normal route in, not an exception.
If your practice is already in our directory, simply search for your name, click your profile, and select "Claim This Profile." You'll verify your identity through a quick process, and then you can update your information and upgrade your listing.
Featured is not open yet. We are deliberately holding it until the site has enough traffic that paid placement is worth what we would charge for it. Annual billing is $490, which is two months free. To be straight with you: we're a growing directory, so we sell profile quality and placement, not a guaranteed number of patients.
Yes, and we label it. Featured providers appear above other listings and are marked as Featured wherever that happens. Paying does not affect whether a provider is listed at all, the clinical information we show, or our editorial recommendations. Claimed listings rank above unclaimed ones for free, because a verified profile is simply better information for patients.
Absolutely. There are no long-term contracts. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel a paid plan, your listing reverts to the Free tier at the end of your billing period.
Plans are billed monthly to the credit card on file. You'll receive a receipt via email for each payment. You can cancel at any time with no penalties.
We welcome all licensed healthcare providers who prescribe or manage hormone replacement therapy, including OB/GYNs, endocrinologists, reproductive endocrinologists, naturopathic doctors, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants with HRT expertise.
Every claim is reviewed by our team before it goes live, usually within 1-2 business days. That applies to paid listings too: we review the details you submit rather than publishing them automatically, so patients can trust what they read.
